TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

Check in: 14:00 hours        
Check out: 12:00 hours         

We accommodate late checkouts upon request, depending on room availability. Otherwise, additional charges of IDR 50,000 per hour and full rate equivalent to one night's prevailing room rate applies for late check-out after 17:00 hours. 

2. AGE REQUIREMENT POLICY

Guests must be 18 years or older with photo identification to reserve or check in to a room.

3. ID REQUIREMENT

All guests must present a valid ID or passport and credit card upon check-in. Guests must be 18 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room.

4. ROOM OCCUPANCY POLICY

2 adults maximum occupancy capacity. Additional charge of IDR 50,000 per person per night applies if the maximum occupancy capacity exceeds.  There is no extra charge for children 6 years of age and under when sharing the same room and utilising existing bedding. A maximum of 2 children is allowed per room.

5. EXTRA BEDDING POLICY

Due to room size, there is no extra bed accommodation. Additional charge of IDR 50,000 per person per night applies if the maximum occupancy capacity exceeds

6. PAYMENT AND DEPOSIT POLICY

We accept credit cards for prepayment and reservations.  Credit card used to reserve a prepaid rate must be presented upon check-in. If booking on behalf of someone else, individuals must contact the hotel directly to arrange third-party billing. Guests must provide a refundable cash deposit of IDR 100,000 upon check in.

7. SECURE OF RESERVATION / PAYMENT

Credit card will only be charged upon guest's arrival or in case of last- minute cancellations.  Other payments may be charged in case of payment and penalties i.e. cleaning fee for violation of smoking policy, replacement for missing/damaged hotel property and key card, etc. 

8. CANCELLATION POLICY

No cancellation fee will be charged for room cancellation at least 2 days before date of arrival. In case of no show or late cancellation, no refunds will be provided.

9. SMOKING POLICY

This is a strictly non-smoking hotel. Smoking is prohibited in rooms, toilets, corridors and within hotel premises.  A deep cleaning fee of IDR 1,000,000 will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy. An additional fine of IDR 1,000,000 will be charged to guests setting off the fire water sprinkler.

10. ROOM POLICY

Pets, drugs, durian and illegal activities are not allowed in the hotel.
